PW Application for a Block Grant

Please review the criteria for block grants (found on the last page of this application) before completing this form. The amount of the grant will be determined by the Presbyterian Women Leadership Development Grant Committee upon receipt of the application.

If the group that is applying for a grant has received a Leadership Development Grant within the last four years, the group may not apply for a grant at this time.
