I spoke with someone (Chris?) and suggested it may be a problem with Safari and Mac computers. Since then I downloaded the file using Firefox and had the same problem. My workaround was to save the file to desktop, open all 9 pages on Photoshop, save each individually as Photoshop PDF, and then use Acrobat Pro 9 to assemble the nine as one document. If you can't (or dont want to) wait for a resolution at the source, email me and I will send the reconstituted PDF version that opens fine for me, even in Preview on my Mac. rlsheffie@hotmail.com
