While their roles are diverse, Jeff and Christi share a common commitment to seeing others experience Christ’s fullness of life. Jeff is regional liaison for Central Africa and nurtures relationships between Presbyterians in the United States and African partners. He enables joint ministries of evangelism, education, health, community development, justice and peace. Christi, facilitator for the Presbyterian Hunger Program’s Joining Hands initiative in Cameroon, links U.S. Presbyterians with the Cameroonian organization RELUFA, a coalition of churches and other organizations. RELUFA and its U.S. partners strive to improve lives of Cameroonians through developing Fair Trade programs and advocating for responsible public policies, corporate practices and lifestyle choices.
