Don teaches at the San Pablo Seminary in Merida, Yucatan, a seminary of the National Presbyterian Church of Mexico. He also leads retreats at the Gethsemane Retreat Center, offers workshops in local churches, and helps with church planting efforts. Both he and Martha assist short-term mission teams that travel to southern Mexico from the United States. Martha also works with women of the church, leads a hand bell choir, and teaches Sunday school.
