Annette teaches at Payap University, Thailand’s first Christian university. She was “thrilled” in 1990 when she learned that her flute-playing and other musical skills could open the door for service in a culture where less than 1 percent of the population is Christian. “The excitement continues as each year the College of Music accepts more students,” Annette says. She teaches woodwinds, music literature, music therapy, English for musicians and ensemble classes. “I seek to support those students who are Christian in their daily walk and to attract others, by word or example, to an interest in the love and ministry of Jesus Christ.”
