Choon and Yen Hee work with the Presbyterian Church in Taiwan’s Aboriginal College Ministry. The students they serve come from two universities and two colleges in Hualien. The campus ministry center began in their home in 1999 and then moved to a new mission center in 2003. Among the programs taking place in the center are college student worship services on Sunday, a gospel coffee house on Saturday, a Bible study group on Friday and student training courses on weekdays. Additional activities are held on the campuses served by the Aboriginal College Campus Ministry. Taiwan’s aboriginal population is the island’s poorest and most marginalized group.
