Hi Joanne. Yes, this form is for remittances from the PW in the Presbytery. We were asked to provide this form online by several PW in the congregation groups. Thank you for asking!

Is this form for congregations, or for Presbytery Remittances? We in the hinterlands don't care one whit about your internal account numbers. I just want the correct form to send with the money Thank You Joanne McClendon, Treasurer, PW Grace Presbytery.
