Second-Level New Church Grant Application
New church development is the faithful discernment of God’s leading and implementation of God’s mission in the establishment of a new ministry. It is a response to the needs of a new group of persons, with the ultimate goal to grow a viable and sustainable new congregation. Second–Level New Church Grant proposals will be considered only after the approval and completion of First-Level New Church Grants.
