Mission
This six-part Bible study is based on the principles of Fair Trade. Fair Trade makes certain that farmers and workers receive a "fair" price for their products. This helps workers and farmers to better compete in this new global marketplace, and promotes long-term development in many poor communities. Partnership for Just Trade's resource is intended to be used for teaching and learning about fair trade, and comes complete with a reference section, questions for reader reflection and some personal stories. May be used alone or in a group. This resource is promoted by the Joining Hands Network of the Presbyterian Hunger Program. Partners for Just Trade, (314) 707-2831 or online: #BS08; $5.00; 2008; GAMC: Presbyterian Hunger Program.
