Celebrating eucharist more often

I have a stunning congregation, and I am grateful. They have taken very easily and graciously to suggestions I have made. I am trying to do things slowly and cheerfully enough that that may continue to be so.

There was water in the font when I came — yahoo!  I asked if I could buy a more prominent bowl and if we could move the font to the center to line up with table and cross, and both of those ideas seem to have worked out well.  We are celebrating eucharist more often, and  I hope within a couple of years or maybe three that we will be at the weekly stage — ideas on how to make that happen would be most helpful.
