An audible sign of God's grace

We are practicing all five of the sacramental practices.

When we installed a new sound system about two years ago we put a microphone on the font so that the people can hear the water when it is poured from the ewer to the bowl and when I lift the water and let it fall into the font.

One suggestion: warn your choir if you are going to do this. The first Sunday after we installed the microphone, half ofthe choir felt the urge to go to the bathroom following the confession!

Also, I hope to replace the metal bowl that is in the font with a glass bowl that will be on top of the font, so that the water in the bowl can be seen.
