- Create ornaments to help them pass on the good news of the Savior's birth.
- Think about ways they can be faithful and responsive to the good news.
The Audiovisual Workshop explores Luke 2:8-20 through audiovisual media that is heard, viewed or made. Objectives of the workshop:
The children will have the opportunity to:
- Know where to find in the Bible the story of Jesus' birth and the announcement to the shepherds.
- Watch a video depicting the birth of Jesus, paying particular attention to the role of the shepherds, lowly people working in the fields guarding flocks, who were obedient to the Word of God announced by the angels.
- Reflect on the birth of Jesus in a journal.
The Computer Workshop explores Luke 2:8-20 using computers. Sometimes computers are used to tell the story, and sometimes they are used to respond to it. Objectives of the workshop:

- Experience music as a way to express our gratitude for the gift of Jesus.
- Play a rhythm instrument or clap a steady beat.
The Bonus: Discovery Workshop explores Luke 2:8-20 by helping children imagine a day in the life of a shepherd. Objectives of the workshop:
