We Believe Workshop
Redemption: The Word Became Flesh

Graphic of Abraham and sara.We Believe Workshop is an online component of We Believe, providing flexibility, cost-effectiveness and ease of use for its participants.

A group of PC(USA) editors, educators and pastors developed the Scope and Sequence for We Believe Workshop based on the We Believe Scope and Sequence — supporting the direct request for a Presbyterian Workshop Rotation™ curriculum with Reformed theology. The scope of the materials is based on the same tenets of Reformed faith as We Believe: God's Word for God’s People. Each year includes seven to 10 units. Each unit includes art, audiovisual, computer, drama/storytelling, games and puzzles, and music and worship workshops. The seventh workshop varies from unit to unit depending on the theme of the unit. All material can be integrated into existing programs of any size. Joseph: God's Dreamer 
(Genesis 37; 39:1-45:8) Joseph is his father’s favorite son. This makes his brothers angry, and they make plans to get rid of him. God makes it possible for Joseph to tell people what their dreams mean. Joseph does this for Pharaoh and Pharaoh gives Joseph important work. Joseph’s brothers come to Egypt in search of food and find Joseph, who forgives them. Through this act of reconciliation, God provides for God’s people during a time of famine.

Moses: Baby in a Basket

Peter: Three Times, "No!" and Three Times, "Yes!"  
(Luke 22:54–62; John 21:15–19) Despite Jesus’ warning, Peter, when challenged, denies knowing Jesus. Later, Peter is able to affirm his love of Jesus three times.
