The recipients from the fields of business, finance or economics are the first in a three-year cycle with the theme "Women at Work in God's Realm."

The three women who are honored are women of extraordinary achievement and Christian faith. Each one is conscious of the importance of the decisions she makes since the outcomes will affect many people's lives. Each woman strives to maintain the highest professional standards in her respective field.
