Evangelism on the Northern Coast of Colombia trains evangelism enablers who help form Christian communities.

             
 
 

Human Rights, Justice and Peacemaking

Colombia Accompaniment Program responding to the request of the Presbyterian Church of Colombia (IPC) to accompany it as the situation of repression escalates, teams of short-term mission volunteers are being sent to support church workers engaged in the social ministry of the IPC with the displaced and in defense of human rights. The Presbyterian Peace Fellowship and the Worldwide Ministries Division are working together t to recruit, train and deploy short-term accompaniers.

Self-Development

In 2006 the PC(USA) Self-Development of People program made this grant:

Granja Intergral Koinonia-Koinonia Sustainable Farm, Barranquilla, $20,000 to fund a sustainable farm to help ease poverty in northern Colombia.
