The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) began relating to El Salvadoran partners through two PC(USA) programs supported by the One Great Hour of Sharing Offering: Self-Development of People and the Presbyterian Hunger Program.

With its partners, the PC(USA) supports disaster assistance, peace-building programs and holistic church development.

The El Salvador Mission Network is among more than 30 networks that connect Presbyterians who share a common mission interest. Most participants are involved in mission partnerships through congregations, presbyteries or synods.
