  History: Under the auspices of the Presbyterian Communities of Zaire and of Kinshasa in collaboration with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), a university-level theological seminary now named the Reformed Theological Seminary in Kasai (Faculte de Theologie Reformee au Kasai or F.T.R.K.) was created on December 1, 1976.  
       
  Profile: F.T.R.K. offers a three-year undergraduate cycle, a two-year Master of Divinity cycle, continuing education for pastors, and a women's school. The faculty is composed of full-time teachers and part-time teachers who have completed their doctoral degrees.  
       
  Mission: F.T.R.K. offers academic and professional instruction and introduces students to scientific theological research.  
       
  Church Relationship: The Presbyterian Community in Zaire and the Presbyterian Community of Kinshasa
