Needs: The College has recently admitted its first two candidates for the Ph.D. degree. This degree will be offered by the University of the West Indies with which the College is affiliated but all teaching and supervision will be the responsibility of the College. As a consequence, the College needs to upgrade its library facilities to expand its research capabilities in terms of books and information technology. The College is in need of new computer equipment to allow students access to the Internet. Funding is therefore being sought for this computer project and also for the physical expansion of the library to cope with the growing number of graduate students at the masters and doctoral levels.
