Philippine Christian
College was founded by the Philippine Federation of Christian Churches
in 1946, with programs in liberal arts, education and sacred music.
Programs in nursing and Christian education were added in 1953 and
1963, respectively. The college attained university status in 1976
and merged with Union Theological Seminary in 1978. |

University is a post-secondary educational institution. The University
is divided into the Colleges of Education, Arts and Sciences, Business
Administration, Nursing, Agriculture, Social Work, Computer Science
and Secretarial Science. In addition to baccalaureate programs,
the University offers a Master's degree in Liberal Arts, Business
Administration, and Management. A Doctor of Ministry program is
also offered. The University has an enrollment of approximately
16,000 and 549 members on the faculty. |
