  History: Universidad Biblica Latinamerican (UBL) was founded in 1923 as a Latin American Mission. It became autonomous in 1971.  
       
  Profile:

UBL offers Bachelor, Licentiate, and Master degrees in Bible and Theology. It combines residence with distance study by offering its program through 19 satellite centers in Latin America and the Caribbean. It has 17 professors and approximately 1,700 students--distance and residence.

  
       
  Mission: UBL provides trained pastors and church leaders for Latin America.
