Mission Personnel
Dr. Frank and Nancy Dimmock — Africa Health Liaison
Frank Dimmock is a health consultant for Africa. He assists Christian health associations in eight countries where the PC(USA) has historic partnerships: Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Zambia, Congo, Madagascar, and Cameroon. Based in Lesotho since 2007, Frank helps the associations to address common problems, such as retention of staff, recruitment of staff, and benefits packages. If the priority of health work in Africa is to deliver services to the poor effectively, what role will existing institutions play? The Dimmocks are both children of missionaries and grew up in Africa. They have been under appointment since 1985 and have served in Congo and Malawi. |
