LCC International University was founded in 1991 and celebrated its first graduating class in 1996. The Lithuania Christian Fund was the founding organization.

The first and only four-year Christian liberal arts school in the former Soviet bloc, LCC International University educates students for leadership and service from Lithuania and 18 other countries.
