Mellard Manogura
Mellard Chiong Manogura is a Filipino graphic designer, performer and youth theatre leader based in Dumaguete, affiliated with YATTA (Youth Advocates Through Theater Arts) and recognised in youth/environment arts advocacy roles (such as with FPE). He holds a leadership role in YATTA as President, is actively involved in youth workshops and theatre productions, and combines design + performance + advocacy.
