  1. I second the question asked by Sherry Mills. Our church had a meeting tonight to discuss all of the recent GA decisions. Both the marriage of homosexuals and the divestiture of investments from only three companies doing business with Israel were our topics. Transparency to our congregants is needed as to how committees arrived at draft text on these issues; biblical references, references, data about companies, evaluation criteria, meeting minutes, etc. would help us understand the process and rationale that ultimately caused the GA to come to these findings.

  2. Can a copy of the minutes from the committee whom approved the same sex marriage be available on line? What scriptures were used in this decision? This a question my Church is curious about. Thank you

  3. 2nd Attempt to comment… Great job Jerry! Thank you so much for providing this resource as a downloadable pdf in a timely manner. The members of the church were pleased to be able to take this home and read it!

  6. I don't understand why PCUSA voted to divest in Hewlett Packard, Caterpillar, and Motorola for non-peaceful practices. Your article should have included some examples.
