Presbyterian Youth & Triennium

The Office of Presbyterian Youth & Triennium celebrates, provides opportunities, and advocates for Presbyterian youth in the church and the world. In addition to the triennial gathering for high school age and young adult Presbyterians, we explore and give several ways to connect young people to the rich opportunities for discipleship and justice within the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).

Faith is not only formed in the walls of the church building or the “youth room” but it is expanded and deepened in the daily life and dwelling places of the young person. This includes school, family, friendships, personal and private time, and extracurricular experiences such as music, hobbies, and pop culture. The Office of Presbyterian Youth & Triennium believes that providing resources and connection to the real-life rhythms experienced by youth, youth workers, families of youth, and church leaders is the way to serve God among young people.

The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) will welcome thousands of its young adults, high school age youth and their adult youth workers to Louisville for four days of worship, recreation, Bible study, outreach, and faith formation. Programming and meals will be held at the Kentucky International Convention Center, with all participants housed at nearby Triennium hotels.

Quicksheets: Youth & Triennium

In the midst of a beautiful and broken world, we have a vision for ministry with young people that unites youth in Christ with all other generations and proclaims the love of God without end.

Quicksheets are free, downloadable pdf resources on a variety of topics related to youth ministry. Quicksheets include resources for essential Christian practices that can be followed by churches, in families, by individuals young and older, in communities, small groups, classrooms, and retreats.
