If the presbytery votes on amendments at more than one meeting, you may wait until all votes have been completed and report once. To report after each presbytery meeting simply copy the form and transmit the votes.
The purpose of the Ecumenical and Interfaith Interreligious Liaison Network is to provide for two-way communication between Presbyterians on the ground, who are leading ecumenical involvement, and the General Assembly Committee on Ecumenical and Interfaith Relations (GACEIR). This will better facilitate the sharing of information and resources so that the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) can live into its call to be a visible manifestation of the unity of the church in Christ.
YAAD Gatherings will be open to speakers on Sunday, June 15th; Monday, June 16th; Wednesday, June 18th; and Thursday, June 19th. Each group will be given 3-5 minutes. The YAADs will meet at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center in Ontario East. We will make every effort to insure that all group representatives are given an opportunity to speak. However, depending upon the number of groups and the allotted time, we do not guarantee this provision. The Community Transformation Award is given to congregations or worshiping communities that, either through ecumenical or interfaith community ministry, or through a special project of the congregation/worshiping community, have been faithful and creative in ministry to and with the community. The award is presented by PHEWA's Presbyterian Association for Community Transformation (PACT).
